Harley-Davidson tapped into GS to help evolve the process of creating and delivering retail marketing materials to its North American dealerships. The goals: streamline the program; provide a more cohesive retail experience across all areas of the dealership; and power up sales of bikes, MotorClothes®, Parts & Accessories, Service, and other dealership offerings. GS now creates a quarterly Retail Sales Kit for dealers – signs, posters, door clings, counter mats, promo cards, hang tags – all leveraging the season’s current national ad campaign with a consistent retail message. In addition to standardized point-of-purchase and print-on-demand materials, there are customizable print and digital assets that dealers can use to create the most effective promotional campaign for their market. GS supports each quarterly campaign with a newsletter highlighting the retail kit and offering suggestions on how to use the materials to maximum sales impact.
