Harley-Davidson’s rental program needed some new energy. Competition was up and the program’s old identity had a distinctly non-Harley look. GS rebranded the program with a look and voice that’s quintessentially ‘Harley,’ and transformed the idea of bike rental from a special treat to the best way to immerse yourself in the experience of a new Harley®. GS created dealer-customizable print ads and a consumer brochure to launch the campaign, and a kit to help dealers completely rethink how and why to run the program.
