User Experience Architect
A User Experience Architect candidate should have solid expertise to craft industry-leading user experiences for our national clients and will be part of a small but ambitious UX team.
Your tasks will be:
- Performing detailed user and business research including one-on-one stakeholder and user interviews, competitive research, industry analysis
- Developing and presenting solid web strategies based on this research
- Helping with scope definition and project estimates
- Performing content analysis
- Developing information architecture, site maps, and navigation patterns
- Developing interactive prototypes, wireframes, and diagrams and communicating the vision to team members and clients
- Creating UX supporting documentation such as requirements, functional specs, test plans, etc.
- Providing user experience thought leadership with all team members throughout projects so that final results satisfies user expectations, business goals, and creative vision
You should possess:
- A love for interactive industry
- Understanding and appreciation of high esthetics for brand and creative
- Eagerness to make things better (“Chronic dissatisfaction syndrome” in GS terms)
- An understanding of user centered design and interactive processes
- Tools and skills knowledge in order of preference: Axure, Visio/OmniGraffle, PowerPoint/Keynote, Photoshop, Dreamweaver/HTML/CSS/JS
- Extremely positive personality and solid ability to communicate your decisions and thinking processes
It is a bonus if you have:
- Interactive agency experience
- Creative background
- Interactive strategy knowledge
- SEO, tracking, and analytics experience
