Scott sees projects in stereo. “I can view a project from 30,000 feet and ground level at the same time,” he says. Not only that. He can process the input to create a clear picture of what results GS needs to deliver, and how to mobilize to make that happen – impact and efficiency, equalized. Scott double-majored in advertising and psychology, so he understands both how and why advertising works. He founded and ran his own interactive agency before joining GS (GS acquired it), so he thinks like an entrepreneur. And he’s been a designer, programmer, and project manager himself. The combination uniquely suits his mission to continually improve GS’s ability to get to the best ideas for our clients in the best possible way. One of the few things Scott hasn’t achieved is his childhood dream of being a “kung-fu jedi with powers of invisibility.” Geekdom’s loss, our gain.
