Jason is a Pixar aficionado. And suspiciously, Jason and Mr. Incredible have never been seen together in the same room … strange but true. So what makes Pixar so special in Jason’s eyes? “I love how they rely on keeping the same core group intact time after time to ensure they forge the strongest team possible,” he says. With Pixar as his inspiration, Jason works hard to build the best teams imaginable at GS by empowering leadership as the head of our management team. Specifically, Jason’s role is to help envision the future of GS and to chart the path that leads us there. “I do my best to ensure we’re headed in the right direction,” he says. “That we know where we’re going and how best to get there.” His job so far has been … incredible. “I really feel like we’re building something special here.”
